Using PillNex
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, use the service lawfully, and review medication entries and app settings for accuracy.
Health and emergency notice
PillNex supports medication routines but does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, guarantee a dose, or replace a clinician, pharmacist, caregiver, or emergency service. Follow professional instructions and call local emergency services when needed.
Service availability and changes
Connectivity, batteries, operating-system restrictions, network outages, and third-party services can affect reminders and synchronization. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when required.
Subscriptions and stores
Any mobile subscription is billed and managed by the app store shown at purchase. Deleting a PillNex account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the relevant store settings.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights to information you provide and grant PillNex permission to process it only to operate the service. Do not misuse or disrupt the service or violate another person’s rights.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the service or others, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
